What a fantastic day we had yesterday at our Spook-Tacular Pumpkin Carving Competition! Our Welcoming Space was absolutely buzzing. Families, children, and neighbours came together to get creative and celebrate Halloween with us. All the pumpkins were gone in no time, and the designs were truly frightfully good! 🎃👻✨
🏆Two talented young winners were chosen by George from Co-op Funeralcare, each receiving a sweet-filled Halloween bucket. But of course, everyone who joined got a treat for taking part! 🍬
We were also honoured to welcome the @bedshighsheriff , who visited to learn more about the important community work we do through our Welcoming Space.
💫 A big thank you as well to our wonderful QPCO volunteers and Bhagwan Valmiki Sabha Bedford volunteers. Your time, energy, and support made the day run so smoothly. We’re grateful to the Valmiki Temple for providing the community centre space and always being such welcoming hosts for our activities.
