The team member who worked with Irene said that “She was very professional, incredibly patient and nothing was too much trouble. Her support allowed our client to be supported to clear debt of over £900.
We just wanted to thank you for your support of our clients and to highlight the fantastic work of these volunteer interpreters. We appreciate the help and support their (and your organisation provides) to our clients, it is greatly appreciated.

As a result, our client now feels stronger and more confident, she felt comfortable to share her experiences. She feels empowered to give back to her community and wishes to work for a charity in the future – she is now looking to improve her English Language skills.
